Overview
We are offering a unique opportunity for newly qualified Mortgage Advisors who have little to no experience. This role would be on an employed basis.
You will learn from start to finish the mortgage process from our Director, learn about how to sell, cross sale and have side by side support.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into the company. Yes you will start off by being a trainee advisor but this role will then grow into a full time CAS advisor. Not only will we give you all the tools, knowledge and support you need we will also provide you with leads to grow your customer base.
Not only this but when you do start to advise and write your own business you will have a dedicated member of our admin team to support you with processing.
Who we are
We are Power Mortgages who have been established for over 15 years. We have currently expanded and opened up a new branch in Birmingham City Centre.
We specialize in all types of mortgages but our main customer bank is landlords. With our vision to always continue to grow more opportunities will open up in the future. Whether this will be management, team leader positions or even compliance opportunities.
We dont believe in not growing our staff and anyone who joins up there is always a plan to grow in the business.
Duties
- This is an in person role in our office and no remote working so you will be expected to come in to the office every week.
- Conduct customer fact finds to understand the customers wants and needs.
- Advise on the best products.
- Request all relevant documents from customers to submit their application in full.
- Make sure all customer communications and documents are all input onto our crm system.
Experience
- No experience is required just the right attitude.
