We're Vanda Coatings, a family business that's been spraying commercial buildings across the UK for nearly 30 years. Shopfronts, aluminium windows, roller shutters, suspended ceilings, if it's on a building and needs a factory-quality finish on site, that's us.
We're building a new crew based in the Attleborough Norfolk area and need a reliable prepper/labourer to work alongside an experienced team leader.
What the job actually looks like: You may be based at sites locally or travel throughout the UK Monday–Friday (home on weekends unless interested in overtime), prep surfaces, mask up, prime, and learn spray techniques as you go. Hotels, fuel and expenses are all covered. No two sites are the same.
What we need from you:
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
Happy to work away Mon–Fri
A CSCS card is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
