Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue
- Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £24,420.00-£44,000.00 per year
