Company Description

We're Hiring - Credit Control Supervisor!

At Securitas Technology, we’re searching for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our current team of 8-10 people. You will be a strong minded individual, able to motivate and also to take lead in escalation or complaints when necessary.

If you’re ambitious and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this is a great chance to develop your skills and progress your career in a supportive, forward-thinking team.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days home working and 2 office days on a Thursday/Friday.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Owning end-to-end collections across your customer portfolio
Coach, and develop the Credit Control team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Acting as the go-to escalation point for complex queries and disputes
Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes in a timely manner.
Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
Work closely with internal departments to strengthen customer relationships and minimise payment delays.

Qualifications

Experience

5+ years previous experience in a Credit Control Team Leader, Senior Credit Controller, or supervisory credit control role.
Strong understanding of credit control and debt recovery processes.
Proven people management and leadership experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real ownership of cash collection, customer relationships, and resolving complex issues end-to-end.
Hands on, high impact role where you'll manage your own portfolio while acting as a senior escalation point and supporting a team of Credit Controllers to stay on track.
