Are you passionate about events? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? GES, a global leader in live events marketing, is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our innovative Graphics team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face briefings with clients, initiating the planning process.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive work schedules based on client specifications, ensuring all necessary resources are identified.
Coordination: Communicate show requirements to all graphics departments and coordinate with design and production teams.
Budget Management: Provide detailed costing programs to clients and maintain up-to-date schedules accessible on our server.
Financial Oversight: Meet month-end financial deadlines, ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are completed on time.
Communication: Maintain strong communication with design and production teams to manage deadlines and schedule changes.
On-site Preparation: Create detailed installation packs for on-site setups before event builds commence.
