Office Admin Manager

The Businesses :

1) A Stockbroking Firm providing short term trading opportunities for individual and corporate clients. We offer a range of asset classes such as Commodities/ Shares / Indices and Foreign Exchange. We also offer a Currency Exchange service to clients.

2) A Property investment Company that holds several Residential and Commercial Properties. These properties are rented on varied basis.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the MD, the Role involves the day to day administration in the office. This can include opening new accounts, Liaising with existing clients, Producing reports for clients and internally. Liaising with back office. Basic Social Media update

In addition to the above, for the Property business the role will involve drafting tenancy agreements, contacting tenants, liaising with Letting Agents, Cashflow recording. Also liaising with the accountants.

Hours:

The role is flexible in timing and is primarily office based in Edgbaston. There is some flexibility in the Hours and the days. Flexible 4/5 days.

Salary:

Negotiable on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
