Wellspace Architects® is a growing, wellbeing focused RIBA Chartered Practice based in Birmingham. We’re redefining how buildings impact people — creating life-changing spaces that promote wellbeing, happiness, and sustainability across sectors like education, healthcare, and community.

We’re at an exciting stage of growth and looking for our first key hire: someone ready to step up, lead, and help shape the future of the practice. This is not just a job. It’s a chance to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead projects from concept to completion

✔ Manage client relationships — you’ll be the key point of contact

✔ Coordinate consultants and steer delivery

✔ Drive creative, technically sound design

✔ Contribute to strategy and business growth

You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining real responsibility and the autonomy to make a difference.

Generally 4 days office, 1 day remote

Who You Are

✔ ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ UK experience

✔ Confident leading projects and presenting to clients

✔ Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spark

✔ Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regs

✔ AutoCAD & Revit/BIM proficient (or willing to upskill — we’ll support you)

✔ Positive, proactive, and ready to shape your future
