Please note this is a fixed term position until 15th January 2028

Working hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week

Interview Date: 25th and 26th August 2026

Manage change. Shape transition. Deliver a safe and successful contract exit.

This is not a business-as-usual operations role. We are looking for a confident, flexible, resilient and collaborative Operations Manager to manage key elements of contract compliance through a significant period of change within the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC). You will bring structure, pace and clarity to complex operational arrangements, ensuring people, partners and services are supported through change whilst maintaining safe, compliant and high-quality support for vulnerable people.

Working as part of the MSVCC Management Team, you will provide senior operational leadership across change planning, transition and exit arrangements, risk oversight, stakeholder engagement and service continuity. You will be trusted to translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans, keep people focused during uncertainty, and make sure the critical processes are well governed, well communicated and completed on time.

Lead operational teams and key workstreams through change and transition.
Manage risk, issues, and related communications.
Coordinate stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to support effective planning and execution of change.
Use evidence, data and sound judgement to strengthen operational controls, accountability and decision-making.
