What we look for in our ideal candidate:

A valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor badge
Night-time industry experience is preferred but not essential
All applicants need to have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Possess excellent customer service skills
Must show attention to detail
Have show a fantastic work ethic
Should be able to work as part of a team
Must be well presented and smart in appearance.

Job requirements:

Patrolling areas to ensure the safety of the site, staff, customers and your team members
Reporting any health and safety issues to the relevant persons on site along with your area manager
Providing the best customer service to all customers on site by acting in a professional and friendly manner
Writing detailed reports if any issues arise and following company procedure while doing so
When required, de-escalate, escort or restrain where necessary
To understand and be able to follow company policies and procedures
You must be able to use the radio's provided and be able to communicate effectively
Be able to make decisions quickly
Have Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Have knowledge of licensing laws and regulations
Be confident searching people's person's and property
Be able to deal with emergency situations
Supervise people as they leave the venue
Co-operate effectively with the police, first aiders, local authorities, and management
Attend briefs and debriefs
Attend necessary or related training.
