Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Admin Assistant to support customer engagement, promote our services and assist with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration while making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
Escort learners from the waiting area as needed
Support sign-ups and registrations
Collect and handle ID documents securely
Input and maintain accurate customer data
Work with the team to achieve outreach goals

Requirements

Friendly, approachable manner with strong customer service skills
Interest in helping others and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn sales techniques
Good organisational and administrative skills
Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable and motivated

Additional Information
