We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee wellbeing, learning and development, HR systems and people administration, while completing a Level 3 CIPD HR apprenticeship.

You will develop valuable professional skills, work with confidential information and people data, and play an important role in delivering an excellent employee experience. If you are a motivated team player with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping people, we would love to hear from you.

Shortlisting Process -

Each question is scored by a minimum of 2 people on the interview panel. Those applicants with the highest overall score and meet the essential criteria for the role, will progress through to the interview stage and then their application form will be considered too
