JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a friendly, organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Would you like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic casino environment?

Resorts World Casino is currently recruiting for a part-time Cloakroom Assistant to join our team. This role requires working 16 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming cloakroom service to our customers, ensuring their belongings are handled safely and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

Delivering a warm and professional welcome, assisting all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Managing customer belongings, ensuring items are securely stored, well-organised, and returned promptly.
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cloakroom area at all times.
Communicating effectively with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
Demonstrating excellent organisation and timekeeping skills.
Reporting customer queries or complaints promptly and appropriately.
Adhering to all company procedures, including Health and Safety regulations.
Working collaboratively as part of the wider casino team, building positive working relationships.
Showing flexibility and a positive attitude towards changing priorities, procedures, and shift patterns, including weekend working.
