We are looking for an exceptional Head of mobilisation to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in bringing new and transformed services to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and delivery focused leader who thrives on turning ambitious plans into high-quality services that improve people's lives. Working across complex health and social care systems, you'll lead the mobilisation of new services and contracts from concept to implementation, ensuring they are delivered safely, effectively, and sustainably.
As Head of mobilisation, you'll work closely with senior leaders, commissioners, and partners to ensure our services are launched successfully and create lasting impact for the communities we serve.
Reporting to the Director of transformation, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple mobilisation programmes, ensuring robust governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and excellence in delivery.
You will oversee the mobilisation journey from planning through to implementation, bringing together operational, clinical, and corporate teams to deliver services on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex environments with confidence and credibility.

- Supporting and developing mobilisation and project teams.
- Driving continuous improvement, organisational learning, and mobilisation excellence.
We are interested in hearing from people who bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational delivery expertise, and strong relationship-building skills.
You may have gained your experience in health, social care, local government, the voluntary sector, public services, or other complex regulated environments.
- Significant experience leading large scale mobilisation, transformation, or service implementation programmes.
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Experience working with commissioners, system partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and programme assurance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- The ability to inspire teams, build capability, and deliver through collaboration.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about creating high quality services that positively impact people and communities.
