Looking for team member jobs in Birmingham that actually keep you interested? Here's one. As a Team Member with us, you'll do a bit of everything — serving customers at the till, keeping shelves stocked and looking sharp, helping shoppers find what they need, and being part of a crew that genuinely pulls together when it gets busy.

What you'll be doing as a Team Member

Serving customers at the till and handling cash, card, and contactless payments accurately
Helping customers on the shop floor with friendly, knowledgeable service
Replenishing and rotating stock to keep displays full and inviting
Receiving deliveries and helping with stock counts
Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming from open to close
Supporting opening and closing routines as part of the team rota

You don't need retail or customer service experience — we provide full training from day one. You'll fit right in if you're:

Reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing a job well
Friendly and approachable, with a natural knack for chatting to people
Happy on your feet in a fast-paced store
Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a team
Comfortable with numbers and handling payments
Available Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend shifts on a rota

Hours and availability

Contract types: Full-time and part-time team member roles available
Core hours: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Required on a rota basis — details discussed at interview
