Sales & Operations Executive

Taskoria Fully Remote Wolverhampton-based

About Taskoria

Taskoria is a director-level remote operations and lead conversion team for ambitious SMEs. Our clients don’t come to us for basic admin, they come because things are leaking: leads going cold, systems that don’t work, and no one senior enough to fix it properly.

We’re a small, commercially-minded team with a big reputation for results. We work with growth-focused business owners who want things handled properly, and we’re now growing the team to match.

The Role

This is a Sales & Operations Executive role, and that title means exactly what it says. You’ll be working across two areas: driving sales activity (cold calling, lead nurturing, conversion) and keeping the operational side of the business and clients running smoothly.

Some days that’s outbound prospecting. Some days that’s supporting a client’s inbox or keeping a pipeline moving. Some days it’s supporting the Director directly. You’ll need to switch gears quickly and do all of it well.

This is not a role for someone looking for an easy work-from-home position. It’s a fast, high-trust environment where ownership and responsiveness are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

Cold calling and outbound prospecting
Lead nurturing and pipeline management
Following up, closing, and converting enquiries
CRM management and sales admin
Supporting client onboarding

Operations & Support

Day-to-day admin for the business and clients
Supporting the Director directly
Inbox, diary, and communications management
Process support and activity tracking
Spotting what needs doing before being asked

Who We’re Looking For

Confident on the phone — cold calls don’t scare you, they motivate you
Able to hold a commercial conversation and move a prospect towards a decision, and close them
Organised, responsive, and nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
Proactive by nature — you spot what needs doing and do it
Ambitious and keen to grow into something bigger as the business grows
Based near Wolverhampton, regular face-to-face meetings (weekly or fortnightly) are part of this role
Someone who wants to be part of building something, not just executing a job description

You’re looking for an easy, low-accountability work-from-home position
You need constant direction or hand-holding to stay on track
You’re not comfortable with sales, outbound calls, or rejection
You want rigid task lists with no variety or responsibility
You're scared of a bit of chaos
