Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated to join our team as a Barber. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves providing professional hair styling and grooming services, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. The position offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment where client satisfaction is the top priority.

Duties

Deliver high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
Engage with clients professionally, ensuring clear communication about their desired look and providing expert advice when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools in accordance with health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise daily workflow
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques through ongoing professional development

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within a barbering or hairdressing environment is preferred
Skilled in various hair styling techniques, including traditional barbering and modern trends
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
Knowledge of English language for clear verbal communication and record keeping
Previous experience in barbering or hair styling is advantageous but not essential if willing to undergo training
Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail at all times

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
