Up to £18 per hour | Permanent Contract from Day One

About the Role

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play an important role in maintaining safe and effective traffic management systems on a variety of sites. You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management systems
Loading and securing equipment safely onto vehicles
Following site briefings, safe systems of work, and method statements
Completing vehicle checks and required paperwork
Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues on-site
Reporting equipment damage or changes to planned activities
Supporting less experienced operatives where required
Maintaining vehicles and equipment to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Lantra TTMBC qualification
Full UK driving licence with at least 2 years’ driving experience
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
Commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
Ability to travel to our Coventry depot (Austin Road) everyday

Candidates must be drug and alcohol free

Lantra accreditation (TTMBC minimum) is essential
