Warehouse Operative - Walsall

The rewards

Overtime is available and is paid at £24.47 per hour

Hours

Full-time role working rotating shifts, any 4 days out of 7
6am to 3pm
3pm to midnight

The role of Warehouse Operative:

Work with items of clothing, shoes and general store brought items, preparing them for distribution nationwide
Select items to fulfil store orders
Help move stock around the warehouse
Assess the quality of the clothing and maintain the high standards of health and safety at the site
Tagging and ticketing clothing
Fast paced order picking
Processing stock for distribution
Loading/unloading may be involved

The ideal Warehouse Operative:

Always ready to help people in your team
Have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt when things change quickly
Use your initiative to solve problems when they turn up
Be able to manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines
Be up for a challenge and ready to go the extra mile to be good at your job
Manage to meet targets and deadlines
Basic maths and English skills required
Experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse or Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
