Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and attentive Glass Collector to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting, cleaning, and organizing glassware to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality or restaurant experience who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy supporting team operations.

Duties

Collect used glassware from dining areas, bar stations, and outdoor spaces promptly and efficiently.
Clean, sanitize, and organize glassware according to health and safety standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
Ensure all glassware is stored properly to prevent damage and facilitate easy access for staff.
Maintain clear communication with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
Monitor the cleanliness of work areas, including storage rooms and dishwashing stations.
Support other team members with general hospitality duties to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures is a plus.
Experience working in hotels or bars enhances your suitability for this role.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Kitchen experience or barista experience is advantageous but not required.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support team efforts are key qualities for success in this role.
