Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and friendly waiters/waitresses to join our team at Chocoberry. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest has a great experience. This is a part time weekend role.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly
Take accurate food and drink orders
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of tables and customer areas
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Process payments (cash/card) accurately
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic maths skills for handling payments
Previous experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)

Pay: £12.71-£18.62 per hour
