Powder Coating Inspector Operative

Join a Market Leader This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful company. The role of Powder Coating Inspector Operative is vital to our operations. We require previous experience on a powder coating line, we are committed to your growth and will provide comprehensive, ongoing product training.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards before they head to the customer. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Quality Inspection: Loading and Unloading items from an overhead chain conveyor system line and performing quality checks on the coating.
Documentation: Accurately completing paperwork, logging data, and counting various powder-coated items.
Job Processing: Interpreting technical information on job tickets to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Safety First: Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We want an enthusiastic, confident, and hardworking individual who takes genuine pride in their work. To be successful, you will need:

Experience: Proven experience working on a powder coating line.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting defects or inconsistencies.
Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting loading and unloading from an overhead chain conveyor system in very warm conditions
Reliability: Comfort with a consistent, full-time schedule.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM working day hours 11.50 day 57.50 hours week(Days)
Starting Rate will be £13.00

No Agencies, Please.
