Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Temporary Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and domestic sites.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools
Use welding skills to repair or modify piping as needed for complex installations or repairs
Measure and cut pipes accurately using basic math skills and carpentry techniques to ensure proper fitting
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair projects
Assemble plumbing components and related mechanical parts following technical specifications and safety standards

Qualifications

Experience with plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in a commercial setting
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
Knowledge of plumbing systems and related building infrastructure
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
Familiarity with carpentry principles relevant to plumbing installations
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required; willingness to operate company vehicles as needed
Knowledge of safety protocols related to plumbing work and heavy equipment operation
