KW Tree Care is looking for a Trainee Arborist Groundsperson to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Assisting climbing arborists during tree work operations.
· Learning how to safely use chainsaws, woodchippers and arboricultural equipment.
· Managing ropes and assisting with rigging operations from the ground.
· Processing timber and brash.
· Keeping work sites safe, tidy and organised.
· Supporting tree planting, grounds maintenance and other outdoor works.
· Developing practical skills across different areas of the business.
What We’re Looking For
· Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
· Good timekeeping and reliability. If you’re late, you won’t last. Everyone likes to get loaded up and on the road early.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· A tenacious attitude to learning new skills and gaining industry qualifications.
· Driven to develop into a multi-skilled operative and progress within the business.
· Someone looking for a career rather than just a job.
· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Polite and courteous with the public and your colleagues.
· Able to work well as part of a team.
