We are recruiting a Paralegal to join our Employment, HR and Immigration team based in Cheltenham, as the current individual in post has successfully secured a HCR training contract.
This team offers specialist advice and support on everything from employment contracts and polices to settlement agreements, tribunal claims, restructuring, grievances, discipline and discrimination. This team supports businesses (including our own) with everything people focused.
This role offers hands-on experience within a busy full-service firm (and award winning team), where you will make a real contribution to live matters and work in close collaboration with experienced solicitors.
We are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in employment law, someone eager and looking to establish themselves in a role with diverse responsibilities.
As a Paralegal you will need to have:
- Legal qualification (such as LLB or CILEX), or working towards one.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to manage competing priorities (and work for multiple fee earners).
- A professional, client-focused approach.
- IT literacy, and ability to adapt to new systems.
