Lyndon Pharmacy is a new independent pharmacy located at Highbridge Medical Centre (TA9 3YA) soon to open. We are currently recruiting for a Non-Pharmacist Manager to lead our team.

We are recruiting for 44.5 hours a week. You will need to be flexible to cover holidays.

Our ideal candidate will be:

Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy fast-paced environment
Well-organised with excellent time management skills
Friendly and able to build a good rapport with customers

Your role will include but not be limited to:

Lead the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
Ensuring that key KPIs are met and targets are hit
Driving the Pharmacy forward, working closely with the co-located GPs
Working closely with the two regular locums to ensure that patients receive the best possible experience
Labelling and dispensing prescriptions
Checking deliveries
Preparing MDS trays
Counter sales
Answering customer queries
