The Project Delivery coordinator is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of bespoke lighting and architectural illumination projects. This role ensures that all projects, from concept to installation, are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards of quality and design integrity. Acting as the key liaison between clients, designers, engineers, and suppliers, the Project Delivery Manager ensures seamless communication and coordination across all project phases ensuring that LEDFlex’s creative lighting solutions are executed with precision, efficiency and excellence - transforming visionary designs into real-world installations that enhance architecture and environments around the globe.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
· Manage the full project lifecycle, from handover of sales/design intent to project close-out and client sign-off.
· Translate design concepts into practical delivery plans, coordinating with design, engineering, and production teams.
· Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
· Ensure all milestones, procurement deadlines and installation activities align with client and internal timelines.
· Oversee site delivery logistics, installations and commissioning activities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the delivery process.
· Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks and deliverables.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, contractors and end clients.
· Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Coordination
· Lead internal teams, including CAD engineers, assembly technicians and lighting technicians.
· Manage external subcontractors, installers and suppliers to ensure on-site quality and compliance.
· Promote collaboration between technical, operations and creative departments to achieve project goals.
· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Financial & Commercial Control
· Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and profitability throughout the delivery phase.
· Identify and manage variations or change orders, ensuring proper documentation and client approval.
· Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing and cost reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
· Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
· Maintain quality control at every stage, from product manufacturing to site installation.
· Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, design fidelity, and client experience.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex architectural lighting or construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of lighting systems, control technologies, and installation processes.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies or sectors.
· Familiarity with CAD drawings, BIM coordination, and lighting specification documentation.
· Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
