Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are noted.
Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments efficiently.
Excellent time management skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics is essential.
