Responsibilities

Operate carpet cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from various types of carpets
Prepare work areas by moving furniture and protecting surrounding surfaces before cleaning
Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and explain the cleaning process
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment after each job
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning procedures
Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously

Skills

Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between locations
Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services and address customer needs
Ability to operate cleaning machinery confidently and follow technical instructions accurately
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different work environments
