As part of this, we are looking for a Front of House Executive who will be the central point of day-to-day operations, and integral in supporting all areas of the business and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will be the face of Evolve, delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients, investors, senior stakeholders and external guests visiting our state-of-the-art offices.
Role Purpose:
You will be responsible for keeping the office environment running smoothly, creating a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience, and anticipating the needs of the business before they arise. Acting as the go-to person for office operations, you will co-ordinate suppliers, manage facilities, and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organised workplace. This is a hands-on role where your proactive approach and ability to stay one step ahead will make a real impact on the day-to-day experience of the entire team. You will be a consummate professional and lead by example when it comes to looking after both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Deliver a warm, professional Evolve welcome to investors, clients, stakeholders, and guests
- Co-ordinate meeting room diaries and events, including room setup and catering
- Provide general administrative support, including invoicing
- Ensure the office is a welcoming, efficient, and organised workplace
- Facilitate maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Act as the responsible person for health & safety compliance
- Maintaining risk assessments, fire safety procedures, and emergency plans
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage facilities and office-related budgets and monitor supplier performance
- Track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Handle office-related queries and requests promptly
- Be involved with the social committee and help to organise the events
Personal skills and Experience:
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and take own initiative
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail, combined with a holistic approach with regards to overseeing the office
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused, particularly within a front-of-house setting
- Proven experience in office management, front of house and workplace co-ordination
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations and workplace compliance requirements
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, suppliers, and service contracts
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively
- Able to work independently whilst remaining flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

With a solid understanding of office operations and the ability to be hands-on with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach, you will bring a practical, can-do approach to problem-solving and will always stay one step ahead, ensuring the workplace is efficient, welcoming, and well-managed. You will commit to running the office environment to a high standard and lead by example with your professional and welcoming approach. This role is fully office-based.
