We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team. This role is key to building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service and engagement.
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of our Trustpilot profile, responding to both positive and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner. Proactively encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and work to resolve and, where possible, remove negative feedback.
- Visit customer sites when required to resolve more complex issues, delivering a high level of face-to-face support and strengthening client relationships.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns, including tariff updates. Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and ensure all activity is accurately recorded within the CRM system.
- Maintain and update the customer portal, ensuring all information relating to installations, complaints, and customer interactions is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct follow-up calls after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and offer a complimentary gift as a gesture of appreciation.
- Proactively contact the existing customer base to engage, qualify, and prepare accounts before handing over to the inbound telemarketing team.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring issues are handled promptly and effectively before escalating to Head of Legal, or finance companies.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
