Full job description

We have a vacancy for a position for a Legal Secretary/Assistant. It is a part time position, ideally 2-3 days a week. The position will suit someone starting out in the Legal Profession/or someone with some experience of working in private practice. Training will be given. Our specialist interest is Conveyancing, Wills/Probate and Family Law.

The ideal candidate for the position has:

IT Skills (Microsoft Office Word and Outlook, and Adobe)
Organisational Skills and Time Management
Skill in using Scan/Printing machine
Telephone skills (take messages with politeness and confidence)
Knowledge on Legal research databases like Practical Law
Ability to read legal/complex documents
Attention to detail
Interest in learning

This role is a starting entry job in the legal sector. This is a great job opportunity to gain experience. To apply please submit your CV.
