Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is key in ensuring seamless communication with customers, supporting the sales function and coordinating orders across our diverse product and service offerings.
You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, processing orders and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information across stationery, furniture, signage and promotional goods.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer issues or complaints efficiently and escalate where necessary.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes for office supplies, furniture and custom projects.
- Support business development by identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and pricing information.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Process orders accurately using internal systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams and installers to ensure timely delivery and completion.
- Track orders from initial enquiry through to delivery or installation.
- Ensure all project details (e.g., signage, furniture installs, vehicle graphics) are correctly communicated.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organised records of sales orders, quotes and customer communications.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory coordination.
- Support general office administration as required.
Key Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel).
Desirable
- Experience in office supplies, furniture, print, signage, or related industries.
- Knowledge of order processing or CRM systems.
- Understanding of basic design/print processes or project coordination.
