We are now seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our flagship Chorley store. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and driving commercial performance.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a key role in driving the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including cash handling, stock control, and staff scheduling
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and raise the store’s profile
About You
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who is as passionate about people as they are about coffee.
You will bring:
- Proven management experience within the food and drink or hospitality sector
- Strong barista skills and a genuine love of great coffee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a drive to exceed expectations
- A commercial mindset with attention to detail and a focus on performance
