As a Room Attendant, your day begins with the promise of turning each guest's stay into a memorable experience. With meticulous attention to detail, you'll expertly clean and refresh guest rooms, ensuring they are pristine and welcoming. You'll embrace the art of organization, managing your workload efficiently to meet the high standards of cleanliness our guests expect. Whether it's fluffing pillows, restocking amenities, or adding the final touches, you'll transform each room into a haven of comfort. With a friendly smile, you'll be an essential part of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making our guests' stay unforgettable. Your dedication to perfection and the satisfaction of our guests is your daily triumph.

Example Key Responsibilities

Ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your assigned rooms and work area
Accountable for achieving and exceeding our high cleaning standards
Ensure all cleaning products are always stored safely and securely
To comply with Health and Safety policies
Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
