Full job description

£12.71 per hour | Monday - Friday | Permanent Position | Company Benefits & Holidays | Full-Time

We're expanding again and looking for a proactive, organised Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Support Contract Managers with administration across multiple contracts
Manage and update jobs using our in-house systems
Produce accurate reports and communicate updates to clients and colleagues
Identify and escalate issues promptly
Answer incoming Helpdesk calls and provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of administration experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Excel, Word and Google Sheets
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
