Job Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Quality Assurance Manager, who will have a background as an electrician, who is capable of reporting against sub-contract works to ensure quality and compliance on site. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our electrical processes, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance check list
Verify quality assurance checks carried out by our specialist sub-contractors
Meet with the main contractor and offer progress reports of check sheet completion
Report to the project managers of progress and programme implications
Review the existing quality processes and amend as necessary
Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related challenges proactively.
Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, procedures, and compliance records.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices in electrical QA.
Oversee testing procedures and validation processes for electrical products before release.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 3 qualified electrician, 18th edition, Testing & inspection.

Pay: £250.00-£290.00 per day
