We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the day-to-day presentation of a busy, high-profile environment.
Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness across shared offices, event spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms, ensuring the space remains welcoming, polished, and professional at all times.
Working closely with onsite teams, the Housekeeper will play a key role in supporting a dynamic community of businesses, visitors, and events by consistently upholding high standards of hygiene, organisation, and customer experience.
The Role
- Responsible for delivering a clean and tidy office space to our client site, ensuring best practice at all times
- Responsible for cleaning equipment, consumables, and materials, and reporting any repairs required to the management team
- Ensure that all chemicals and cleaning solutions are used correctly, in line with company and manufacturer operating procedures
- Be aware of clients’ fire, health and safety, and security procedures
- Responsible for carrying out deep cleans, specialist cleans, and periodic cleans
- Ensure the disposal of waste in the correct receptacles
- Support ad hoc projects to meet the demands of the business and undertake any additional duties requested by your Line Manager
About You
- Relevant housekeeping experience
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, including covering alternate roles when required
- Motivated, committed, and flexible
- Ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels
- Able to understand and communicate with all site users in a polite and efficient manner
- Courteous and professional at all times
