Our Employment team is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an Employment Solicitor to join us. Whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or deepen your expertise in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.

THE ROLE & TEAM

You’ll be part of a highly regarded Employment team, advising a broad range of clients across the private, public and third sectors.

Providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice
Managing your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support
Supporting on complex tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ABOUT YOU

We’re open on level, but you’ll ideally have:

Qualified solicitor status with employment law expertise
Experience advising clients across a range of employment matters
Strong technical skills alongside a pragmatic, commercial approach
Confidence managing your own workload and prioritising effectively
Excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships

Most importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a values-driven firm.
