Vehicle Bodyshop Technician (Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer / Body Repair Technician)

Location: 181 Waterloo Road, Blackpool FY4 2AE
Job Type: Full-time, Flexible hours Permanent
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Bodyshop Technician to join our growing team. Whether your expertise is in panel beating, paint spraying, body repairs, or you're a multi-skilled technician, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, friendly workshop with flexible working hours, excellent earning potential, and the chance to be part of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs.
Panel beating, dent removal, and accident damage repairs.
Prepare vehicles and panels for painting.
Paint spraying and refinishing to a high standard.
Replace and repair damaged body panels.
Carry out filler work, sanding, masking, polishing, and finishing.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in vehicle body repair, panel beating, paint spraying, or accident repair.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Good time management and the ability to work efficiently.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
