Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade.
Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Restocking of machines with merchandise and tickets.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the Arcade.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
