Diary Management / Work Planner - Scheduler
A highly successful and well-established business based on the Fylde Coast currently seek an experienced administrator / diary planner / work scheduler .Experience in collecting account balances would be desirable.
You will undertake a varied role within a secure and stable business who have an excellent reputation within their market.
Your role in your new job
Reporting to the senior contracts manager you will assist in general office / diary management processes including:
. Scheduling the daily workload for both service engineers and installers
· Inputting sales data onto the internal admin base system
· Filing , Creating Purchase Orders and Maintaining Records
· Answering the telephone both internal and external customers
· Raising sales invoices and liaising with customers
· Assisting with the preparation of payments to subcontractors
· Collecting payments from customers and debt management
. General office duties
Your experience and our requirements
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills are essential including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential .
