Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Urogynaecologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence in women. Your expertise will help improve patients’ quality of life through innovative surgical procedures, comprehensive consultations, and personalized care plans. Duties

Conduct thorough assessments and consultations for women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and other urogynaecological conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical interventions, minimally invasive procedures, or conservative therapies
Perform complex urogynaecological surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, urologists, and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and well-being
Keep detailed medical records of patient histories, treatments, and follow-up care in compliance with healthcare regulations
Stay current with advancements in urogynaecology through continuous education and professional development

Skills

Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence in women
Skilled in performing advanced surgical procedures specific to urogynaecology
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Strong understanding of the latest medical technologies and minimally invasive techniques in urogynaecology
Ability to handle complex cases with a detail-oriented approach while maintaining compassionate patient care
