Job Introduction

Make a Difference in Lancaster
Join our Licensing team as a Licensing Administrator and play a vital role in supporting efficient, timely, and effective service delivery. Your work will help maintain high standards of customer service, promote community safety, and contribute to continuous improvement, making a real difference to the people of Lancaster.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing clear and sensitive advice in line with policies. Your responsibilities include processing licensing applications and payments, managing records, supporting service projects, and working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help uphold the integrity of our licensing service.

You have strong customer service skills, recent office administration experience, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. You’re a team player who takes pride in your work, shows ambition to learn and develop, and takes ownership of your tasks.
