Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Restocking of machines with merchandise and tickets.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the Arcade.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

We pay the over 21 national living wage to everybody 18 years and above.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £12.71 per hour
