The Role
You will carry out high-quality body repairs and refinishing work to industry and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and carrying out body repairs
- Repairing and replacing panels
- Straightening and aligning chassis and frames
- Filling, sanding and preparing panels for paint
- Spray painting in a spray booth
- Reassembling vehicle components
- Final finishing and polishing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Paint Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and paint processes
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- ATA / NVQ / IMI qualifications desirable but not essential
