We are a long established, family-run Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) in Blackpool and have been serving customers for over 50 years.
We are looking for a reliable, honest and customer-focused Arcade Cashier/Customer Assistant to join our small team on a full time basis.

Working Hours
This Role is based on a fixed weekly rota:
Monday 9.00am - 8.00pm
Tuesday 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Thursday Day Off
Friday Day Off
Saturday 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Sunday 10.00am to 6.00pm
Total Hours: 37 hours per week
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Cash handling, payouts and balancing floats accurately
- Supplying change to customers as required
- Maintaining the venue to the highest housekeeping standards, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors and customer areas
- Monitoring the actions and behaviour of customers and noting any suspicious, disruptive or unusual behavior
- Intervening appropriately when necessary and recording incidents in accordance with company procedures
- Assisting with daily administration and record keeping to a high degree of accuracy
- Handling customer queries and resolving problems professionally
- Escalating complaints or issues to management where appropriate
- Helping to ensure promotions and customer offers run smoothly
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation whilst on duty
- Developing strong product and machine knowledge to support customers
- Following all company procedures relating to safeguarding, social responsibility, Challenge 25 and compliance
- To actively discourage harassment, victimisation and discrimination against employees, management and customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs

Experience
Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, retail, hospitality, betting shops, Adult Gaming Centres or a wider gambling industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Candidates who have already completed industry training such as social responsibility, anti-money laundering (AML), safer gambling or compliance training are particularly welcome to apply.
No specific experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Successful applicants will be required to complete industry compliance and social responsibility training.
