Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director to lead and oversee the operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting organisational goals, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the achievement of key objectives. Duties

Oversee operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.

Monitor financial performance and oversee budgeting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to support organisational growth.

Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance its profile.

Qualifications

Proven management experience at a senior level within a relevant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals.
Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
Demonstrable experience in developing policies, managing budgets, and overseeing operational activities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure whilst maintaining a clear vision for organisational success.
Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are highly desirable.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
