About the RoleWe’re looking for motivated, confident young people (aged 16+) who are ready to kickstart their career in sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great communication skills who wants to learn, grow, and earn at the same time.You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team making outbound calls to businesses or consumers, generating interest, and booking appointments for our senior sales team. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Speaking confidently with customers
- Gathering basic information and generating interest
- Booking appointments or passing leads to senior staff
- Working towards achievable daily/weekly targets
- Maintaining accurate notes and call records
