Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive General Site Foreman to lead and oversee daily operations at Ruislip London Underground Depot. This pivotal role involves managing on-site activities, supervising teams, and maintaining project timelines. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills and hands-on supervision experience to drive successful project execution. Duties

Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management, providing updates on progress and issues
Oversee resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize efficiency
Review work quality regularly, providing guidance and corrective actions when necessary
Proven management experience in civil construction site environments with a strong background in concrete and drainage works
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills for clear coordination among team members and stakeholders

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
