Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Hair Extension Brand Representative to promote our luxury hair extension products. This role involves engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our brand presence through effective sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a passion for beauty and haircare. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a vibrant industry.

Duties

Represent the brand at various events, salons, and retail locations to showcase our hair extension products
Engage with potential clients through B2B sales channels, providing product information and demonstrating benefits
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Develop and maintain relationships with salon owners, distributors, and other industry professionals
Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalised consultations to clients
Manage schedules effectively to optimise outreach activities and maximise sales opportunities
Utilise IT tools to track leads, update client information, and generate reports on sales performance
Drive own vehicle as needed for client visits or event participation - with potential to have use of a company car when permanent contract starts.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, or customer service within the beauty or fashion industry is preferred
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently within designated areas
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments and events
Proficiency in IT systems for data management and reporting purposes
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
Organised, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen interest in haircare products and trends
Ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and objectives
